You look at your yard or commercial lot and see a never-ending to-do list. The blackberries are creeping onto the patio. The weeds are taking over the fence line. There’s a pile of debris from last season’s storm, or maybe from the last tenant. It feels overwhelming. You need a fresh start, but you don’t have the time, the tools, or the muscle to do it yourself. That’s exactly where we come in.
For over 18 years we’ve been the team Gresham property owners call when they need results, not excuses. Billy Goat Property Services clears blackberry, brush and yard debris across Gresham, Clackamas and East Multnomah County. We’re insured, and we take the jobs that are too big or too thorny for the average person to take on.
A small residential lot near Main Avenue and a larger parcel out by Gresham Butte need different things, and we bring the commercial-grade equipment and the crew for either. Our process is simple: you point to what needs to go, and we take care of the rest, from hauling away junk to clearing out stubborn vegetation.
We don’t believe in overcomplicating things. You have a specific problem, and we have a direct solution. Every service we offer is designed to tackle a specific aspect of property cleanup and restoration. We do the work ourselves, so you get consistent quality from start to finish.
Blackberry here doesn’t stop at a fence line: properties along the Springwater Corridor or backing onto Johnson Creek get constant reseeding from ground nobody can clear. We cut it to the ground and clear it away. The root system stays in place, since digging it out isn’t something we do, so we schedule a follow-up treatment instead.
Weeds don’t all respond to the same treatment, and that’s especially true near a trail or creek-side yard where the plant mix changes fast. We look at what’s actually growing, then coordinate the right treatment for it, carried out by licensed third-party applicators.
Got a mess that needs to disappear? We handle debris removal of all kinds: yard waste like branches, leaves and grass clippings, plus general junk, old furniture and construction debris left over from a remodel. We load it all into our dump trailers and haul it away for good. We sort through it and recycle what we can, so you don’t have to think about what ends up in the landfill.
Sometimes a Gresham property needs more than a single service. Land clearing is often part of that, done alongside blackberry removal, coordinated weed treatment and debris hauling as part of the same job.
We’re insured, and we’re straightforward about what the job will and won’t include.
First, we know Gresham. We understand the neighborhoods, from the historic areas near downtown to the newer developments and the rural lots further out. We know that properties in the Rockwood area have different needs than those in the Nadaka Nature Park vicinity. We are familiar with the local soil and the aggressive growth patterns that come with our wet climate.
Second, experience matters. With over 18 years in the business, we’ve seen it all. We know how to tackle a blackberry thicket that’s been growing for a decade. We know how to safely clear debris from a property without damaging the existing landscaping you want to keep. This isn’t a side gig for us; it’s our profession. We are fully licensed and insured, giving you complete peace of mind.
We bring commercial-grade equipment built for heavy brush, and dump trailers to haul it off.
We are equipped to serve every type of property owner in Gresham.
For residential clients, we are your go-to source for yard cleanup services. This includes clearing blackberries from your backyard so your kids and pets can use the space safely. We also handle brush removal and clean up yards after storms. If you’re planning to sell your home, our property preparation service can dramatically improve your curb appeal and help you get a better offer, faster.
For commercial clients, we handle land clearing as one-time work. We clear vegetation from construction sites, clean up debris around office buildings and retail centers, and clear overgrowth on vacant commercial lots. Property managers call us when a site needs clearing before an inspection or a listing. We understand the need for efficiency and minimal disruption to your business operations.
Gresham sits at the edge of East Multnomah County, where blackberry moves in fast from the trails and creeks nearby. We clear it, haul it away, and set up the follow-up treatment this ground actually needs.
You do not need to guess how much the job costs. We look at the property, talk about what your needs are, and give you a fair price. No hidden fees, no fine print. Call us or fill out our simple online form to get started. Let’s get your Gresham property looking the way it should.
