Years of Excellence
Our Story
We started with a simple mission: help Pacific Northwest property owners reclaim their yards from invasive vegetation. Over nearly two decades, we’ve expanded to become a full-service exterior property company, but our core values remain the same: deliver exceptional results with friendly, professional service. We’re based in the Portland area.
Today, when you call Billy Goat Property Services, you’re calling a complete solution. Need blackberries cleared and debris hauled away? We handle both. Property full of overgrowth and junk? One crew, one estimate, one company. That’s the Billy Goat difference.
Why We're Different
Our Experience
Your complete exterior property partner for clearing, hauling and restoring.
We’ve tackled every type of Pacific Northwest property challenge imaginable, from quarter-acre backyards to multi-acre commercial lots. No job is too small or too far gone for our crews to handle.
Our team members receive ongoing training in safe vegetation removal and proper equipment operation, so every crew handles the work the same way, job after job.
We maintain commercial-grade cutting equipment and dump trailers, kept ready for the biggest overgrowth jobs the Tri-County area throws at us. The right tools make all the difference in efficiency, safety and final results, on properties of any size.
The same crew that shows up for the estimate does the cutting, the hauling and the cleanup. One estimate, one point of contact, one company handling the whole job.
